01 목적

이 약관은 POCKET MEMORY Inc.(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 PM AutoTwin Studio 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무·책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

02 용어의 정의

• "서비스": 회사가 제공하는 AI 기반 3D 모델 최적화, AI 3D 생성, 에셋 매니저 등 PM AutoTwin Studio 관련 일체의 기능
• "이용자": 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 개인 또는 법인
• "콘텐츠": 이용자가 서비스에 업로드하는 3D 모델, 이미지, 텍스트 등의 데이터
• "크레딧": 서비스 이용 시 최적화 횟수에 대한 단위

03 약관의 효력 및 변경

• 이 약관은 서비스를 이용하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다.
• 회사는 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다.
• 변경 약관 공지 후 30일 이내에 거부 의사를 표시하지 않으면, 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

04 서비스의 내용

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

• AI 기반 원클릭 3D 모델 최적화 (경량화)
• AI 3D 모델 생성 (텍스트/이미지 → 3D)
• 에셋 매니저 (3D 자산 중앙 관리)
• PM OmniMetric (3D 품질 정량 측정)
• API 연동 및 배치 처리
• 기타 회사가 추가 개발하거나 제휴를 통해 제공하는 서비스

05 이용자의 의무

• 이용자는 서비스를 관계 법령, 이 약관, 이용안내 및 서비스 내 공지사항 등을 준수하여 이용해야 합니다.
• 타인의 지식재산권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 없습니다.
• 서비스 인프라에 과도한 부하를 유발하는 행위를 금지합니다.
• 서비스를 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일하거나 소스코드 추출을 시도할 수 없습니다.
• 자동화 도구를 사용한 비정상적 이용을 금지합니다.

06 회사의 의무

• 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다합니다.
• 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며, 별도 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.
• 서비스 장애 발생 시 신속하게 복구하도록 노력합니다.

07 지식재산권

• 서비스 자체에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
• 이용자가 업로드한 원본 콘텐츠의 지식재산권은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
• 서비스를 통해 처리(최적화, 생성)된 결과물에 대한 이용 권리는 이용자에게 부여됩니다.
• 회사는 서비스 개선 목적으로 비식별화된 통계 데이터를 활용할 수 있습니다.

08 이용 요금

• 서비스의 무료 플랜 및 유료 플랜의 요금 체계는 서비스 홈페이지에 게시된 내용에 따릅니다.
• 유료 서비스 결제 후 환불은 회사의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.
• 처리 실패 시 크레딧은 차감되지 않습니다.

09 서비스의 제한 및 중지

• 회사는 시스템 점검, 천재지변, 또는 기타 불가항력적 사유로 서비스를 일시 중지할 수 있습니다.
• 이용자가 약관을 위반한 경우, 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

10 면책사항

• 회사는 무료 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
• 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 서비스 장애에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠의 합법성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

11 분쟁 해결

이 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

01 Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between the Company and users for the use of PM AutoTwin Studio services (hereinafter "the Service").

02 Definitions

• "Service": All features related to PM AutoTwin Studio, including AI-based 3D model optimization, AI 3D generation, and Asset Manager
• "User": Any individual or entity using the Service under these Terms
• "Content": 3D models, images, text, and other data uploaded by the User to the Service
• "Credits": Units representing optimization usage within the Service

03 Effectiveness and Changes

• These Terms apply to all Users of the Service.
• The Company may modify these Terms for reasonable causes and will announce changes on the website.
• If no objection is raised within 30 days of the announcement, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

04 Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

• AI-powered one-click 3D model optimization (polygon reduction)
• AI 3D model generation (text/image → 3D)
• Asset Manager (centralized 3D asset management)
• PM OmniMetric (3D quality quantitative measurement)
• API integration and batch processing
• Other services developed or provided through partnerships

05 User Obligations

• Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service guidelines.
• Uploading content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights is prohibited.
• Actions causing excessive load on service infrastructure are prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code is prohibited.
• Abnormal use through automated tools is prohibited.

06 Company Obligations

• The Company will make its best efforts to provide stable service.
• User personal information is protected and handled per the Privacy Policy.
• The Company will strive to promptly restore service in case of disruption.

07 Intellectual Property

• Intellectual property rights to the Service itself belong to the Company.
• Intellectual property rights to original Content uploaded by Users remain with the Users.
• Usage rights to results processed (optimized, generated) through the Service are granted to the Users.
• The Company may utilize anonymized statistical data for service improvement.

08 Fees

• The pricing structure for free and paid plans is as published on the Service website.
• Refunds for paid services follow the Company's refund policy.
• Credits are not deducted for failed processing.

09 Service Limitations and Suspension

• The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.
• If a User violates these Terms, the Company may restrict service use or terminate the agreement.

10 Disclaimer

• The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of free services.
• The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by User negligence.
• The Company does not guarantee the legality of Content uploaded by Users.

11 Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court having jurisdiction.

03 規約の効力および変更

• 本規約はサービスを利用するすべての利用者に適用されます。
• 当社は合理的な事由がある場合、規約を変更でき、変更された規約はウェブサイトで告知します。
• 変更規約の告知後30日以内に拒否の意思を示さない場合、変更規約に同意したものとみなします。

• AI基盤ワンクリック3Dモデル最適化（軽量化）
• AI 3Dモデル生成（テキスト/画像 → 3D）
• アセットマネージャー（3Dアセット一元管理）
• PM OmniMetric（3D品質定量測定）
• API連携およびバッチ処理
• その他当社が追加開発または提携を通じて提供するサービス

05 利用者の義務

• 利用者は関連法令、本規約、利用案内およびサービス内の通知事項等を遵守してサービスを利用する必要があります。
• 他者の知的財産権を侵害するコンテンツのアップロードは禁止されています。
• サービスインフラに過度な負荷を引き起こす行為は禁止されています。
• サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、デコンパイル、ソースコード抽出の試みは禁止されています。
• 自動化ツールを使用した異常利用は禁止されています。

06 当社の義務

• 当社は安定的なサービス提供のために最善を尽くします。
• 利用者の個人情報を保護し、別途プライバシーポリシーに従って処理します。
• サービス障害発生時、迅速に復旧するよう努力します。

07 知的財産権

• サービス自体に関する知的財産権は当社に帰属します。
• 利用者がアップロードした元のコンテンツの知的財産権は利用者に帰属します。
• サービスを通じて処理（最適化、生成）された成果物の利用権は利用者に付与されます。
• 当社はサービス改善目的で非識別化された統計データを活用することがあります。

08 利用料金

• 無料プランおよび有料プランの料金体系はサービスホームページに掲載された内容に従います。
• 有料サービスの払い戻しは当社の返金ポリシーに従います。
• 処理失敗時、クレジットは差し引かれません。

09 サービスの制限および中止

• 当社はシステム点検、天災地変、またはその他不可抗力的事由によりサービスを一時中止することがあります。
• 利用者が規約に違反した場合、サービス利用を制限するか契約を解除することがあります。

10 免責事項

• 当社は無料サービス利用から発生した損害について責任を負いません。
• 利用者の責めに帰すべき事由によるサービス障害について当社は責任を負いません。
• 当社は利用者がアップロードしたコンテンツの合法性を保証しません。

11 紛争解決

本規約に関する紛争は大韓民国法を準拠法とし、ソウル中央地方裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。
